SB 2138/HB 2014 is a bill that would increase sentences for those convicted of vehicular homicide by intoxication who also left the scene of the crash. The impetus of the bill came from discussions between our founder, Matt Hardin, and our partners, MADD about the insufficient sentences that people who cause such devastation upon innocent victims get. Together, this bill was created and we hope it will initiate a huge change in making our roadways safer for everybody.
