Had a rather big relapse the other day resulting in me needing an ambulance and general hospital treatment. I feel like I’ve hit rock bottom again and it’s hard to see a way out. But now I’ve realised I’ve got some pretty amazing friends, including my best friend @Chloe🥰 and my mum, who actually care and want me in their lives. No matter how terrible I feel right now, there’s always a way out and I WILL keep pushing for recovery. To everyone out there struggling, stay strong, I believe in you,
