The PM says we are going to have a fight but it must be with himself. It was just this week that Labour voted against a social media ban (again).

Labour MPs just blocked a social media ban for a third time. All we are asking them to do is to do what the PM says he wants to do and protect children online. I will keep fighting to stop social media companies having access to our children.

Another huge win in the Lords for a social media ban for u16s. Despite massive x-party support, Labour voted against action now & put forward a plan that does not require the Gvt to take any action for 3 years. It is not good enough, Labour must come forward with a serious plan.

Labour have voted against a social media ban for U16s for a third time. The only people blocking this change are the PM & his party. Parents will rightly be confused & let down that once again Labour’s actions do not match their rhetoric.
