If you want an easy & inexpensive way to make lightweight DIY concrete rocks for your garden, using plastic bags as molds works wonderfully. I like to start by mixing my concrete until it’s thick but still workable. Then I grab a sturdy plastic grocery bag or trash bag and spoon some of the mixture into it.
