We want to send a huge thanks to our Street Department and to all the departments who have jumped in on overtime to tackle this winter storm. Before the storm began, Canton was ready to go. Our crews are averaging more than 5,500 miles of road covered per shift. But the work isn’t over, we will be doing clean up work this week as we continue to tackle the neighborhoods. Storm Update from Mayor Sherer: A few reminders for tomorrow, Monday 1/26: There is no trash pick up. Trash is delayed one day this week. There is no Canton City Council meeting tomorrow. Next meeting is Monday 2/2. Canton Municipal Court is closed tomorrow. All hearings will be rescheduled for a future date. The Parking Ban is in effect until Tuesday 1/27 at noon.
