As a Raynor massage therapist, I track tension through the body so rather than just working on the area that’s tight I often strike this through roots that I feel attention follows to the extremities of the body. These are the head hands and feet.. and I work on the principle that if I find any tension on the extremities I have to release that first before trying to release attention to follow up the body. #davetaylormassage #raynormassage #tension #massage
