I am showing how a 6BT 12 valve Cummins can run with zero electricity. In this clip I use an electric starter just to spin it over but the engine itself does not need any power to stay alive. A twelve valve is a true mechanical diesel. You can run it with a kinetic starter or an air starter if you want absolutely no electrical system at all.
