Aug 23, 2022 · I really like Tobago seasoning peppers and other mild Habanero types for things that I don't want to make too spicy, or just for filler in a hot sauce. Aji Dulce, Habanda, stuff like that. Every year I try to grow Aji Amarillo something eats the plant or nothing grows before it gets too cold but this year things are looking up so far.

It starts kicking out endorphins to helps you deal with it and you can't notice the flavors. Eat a fresh Carolina Reaper or Chocolate Bhutlah and your brain will have a frame of reference.

I make pickled jalapeno, cherry bomb, and Fresno with some habaneros added to boost the heat. I cook with jalapeno and poblano peppers a lot. Sauteed mushrooms and jalapeno peppers is a treat for me.

But, alas, a person can only taste so much when eating a super hot pepper. I love red 7-Pots . I've tasted a couple of Murupi Amarela , and from what I remember it's the best pepper I've tasted so far, so I'm growing it this year, but no ripe pods yet.
