Created on May 9, 2011. Zune Software Smart DJ Not Working. I recently got a new computer and installed the zune software for my music. At first the smart DJ feature was unavailable. I tweaked the computer a bit and it's not usable again but now that I've actually tried to create a playlist, I receive this message box:
