MEQUON, Wis. - UPDATE: The statewide Silver Alert issued on Friday for Thomas Wollersheim of Mequon has been canceled. He was found safe in Whitefish Bay. The original missing person notice is available below.

The Mequon Police Department is asking for help to locate missing 87-year-old Thomas Peter Wollersheim. Wollersheim was last seen on Oct. 18 at 9 a.m. at Ascension Columbia St. Mary's Ozaukee Hospital in Mequon. He was to return to the hospital at 12:30 p.m. to pick up a family member but never returned.
