Sunderland head coach Regis Le Bris has signed a new long-term contract until summer 2028. The 49-year-old Frenchman was appointed as Black Cats boss in June 2024 following his departure from Lorient.

Le Bris was appointed as Sunderland's head coach in June last year on the back of a disappointing 17th place finish for the Black Cats in the Championship.
