Denver mayor Mike Johnston attended the 2024 draft to meet with the NFL's draft committee and Detroit mayor Mike Duggan as he continues to push to bring a future draft to Colorado. Denver was not picked to host in 2025 (Green Bay) or 2026 (Pittsburgh), but the city is a candidate to host the 2027 draft.

Of their original set, the only pick Denver actually used was No. 20 on Texas cornerback Jahdae Barron. The Broncos actually considered trading back from there, too, Paton said Thursday night, to take a running back (Ohio State’s TreVeyon Henderson, sources said) later in the first round.

The Denver Broncos added seven new players during the seven rounds of the 2025 NFL Draft. They have also already signed a couple of intriguing undrafted players to complete the 2025 rookie class, including one player who many expected to hear his name called in the 2025 NFL Draft.
