Jamie Carragher isn't too happy with Mohamed Salah's comments on his contract situation, but the Liverpool might be well within in his rights to speak out on the lack of a contract offer.

Carragher said Salah has endangered himself of looking "selfish" with his comments regarding Liverpool contract talks over the weekend.

The forward conducted a rare interview with Mail Sport and a small group of other reporters after victory at Southampton, where he said he was 'more out than in' and criticised the club.

Carragher has cast his verdict over whether Salah, Virgil van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold will still be at Liverpool next season.

Salah, who has scored 223 goals since joining Liverpool in 2017, is out of contract at the end of the season and expressed his disappointment at not yet receiving an offer of a new deal after netting twice in Sunday's 3-2 win at Southampton.
