Hamas has reportedly rejected Israel's latest ceasefire offer, which included the return of humanitarian aid in exchange for nearly a dozen hostages and Hamas' complete disarmament.

The country’s main intelligence branch said the plans, apparently years in the making, involved rockets, weapons manufacturing and drones.
