South Korea’s Constitutional Court will hear final arguments in President Yoon Suk-yeol’s impeachment trial on Feb. 25, concluding the 10th hearing. Once the hearings end, the court’s eight justices will deliberate on whether to uphold or dismiss the impeachment.

South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol could try to impose martial law again or undermine constitutional institutions should he be reinstated, lawyers for parliament argued on Tuesday as his impeachment trial entered its final phase.
