The Continental Classic continued with its second night of action during "AEW Collision," which aired Saturday after being taped on November 27.

The following improvements could be implemented to elevate AEW's Continental Classic Tournament and make it a bigger deal.

The second-ever AEW Continental Classic has already undergone a big change in how the winner of the tournament will be determined. Announced during Wednesday’s Dynamite as the tournament kicked off

AEW will announce the participants for the 2024 Continental Classic on Sunday, November 24. AEW Continental Champion Kazuchika Okada will be part of the tournament as the reigning champion. Daniel Garcia has already declared for the tournament.

The AEW Continental Classic will begin on the November 27 episode of AEW Dynamite, and it will conclude at AEW Worlds End. The Gold League will include Darby Allin, Claudio Castagnoli, Will Ospreay, Ricochet,

AEW’s second annual Continental Classic tournament, aka the C2, kicked off on Dynamite tonight (Nov. 27) in Chicago. As the action got started, Excalibur informed us of a format change to this year’s Classic.

AEW makes a change. During the November 27 episode of AEW Dynamite, the broadcast team announced a change to how the winner of the AEW Continental Classic would be crowned. The winner will still be determined at AEW Worlds End on December 28, as the finals will take place at the show. However, the semi-finals will also be held at the show.
