The heat is building across the Upper Midwest for the end of the weekend and start of the new work week. High temperatures Sunday and Monday could be into the low 90s, while the feel like temps could rise into the mid 90s to mid 100s.

Plan on the heat building quickly Saturday, with highs in the upper 80s and low 90s. We will have another chance for some pop-up showers and storms in the afternoon and evening, especially for areas west.
