As the Cleveland Browns travel to take on the Denver Broncos on Monday night, it will be a homecoming of sorts for wide receiver Jerry Jeudy, who is taking on his former team and head coach Sean Payton.

Jerry Jeudy finally got his wish and was traded by the Denver Broncos to the Browns. Monday night, he gets to go back to the Mile High City.

Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton has been a confusing player for most to understand but he’s provided clarity over the past five weeks by recording: 36 receptions, 467 yards, and three touchdowns. Much like his former counterpart in Jerry Jeudy, both players have found their strides lately but face a brutal matchup this week.

If any doubt lingered about Broncos rookie quarterback Bo Nix’s status for Monday night, he put it to rest Friday. “I’m good to go,” he said flatly. “Ready to roll.” Nix was estimated to be a limited participant in Denver’s Thursday walkthrough because of a back issue but then was a full participant Friday.

Three starters sat out Thursday’s practice as the Browns prepared for Monday night’s game against the Broncos in Denver. They were receiver Cedric Tillman (concussion), safety Juan Thornhill (calf) and left tackle Jedrick Wills Jr.
