A civilian kitchen worker is suing the State of Arizona after she was violently sexually assaulted inside the Tucson prison by a high-risk inmate who was left unsupervised.
Authorities arrested Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive Jrdon Mykel Joe, 23, on Jan. 28 and Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender Marcos Christopher Alonzo, 47, on Jan. 18, according to Texas DPS.
