The NFL Players Association's survey of players graded teams from A to F on a wide variety of issues, and in many areas teams were found lacking.

Last year, 55 percent of the players complained they were made to sit in smaller seats when traveling for away games while the coaches and staff sat in first class. This year, 65 percent of players said they had insufficient space when traveling, earning the Bills an F- for team travel.

The Buffalo Bills saw their standing in the annual NFLPA team-by-team survey drop. One category in particular went very poorly for the Bills. The survey is conducted with 1,695 players and it allows them to grade teams on a variety of categories.

The Jacksonville Jaguars were rated 18th out of 32 in the 2025 NFLPA's team report cards. It's a steep fall from where they were ranked 5th in 2024. The NFLPA surveys players at every club allowing them to rate their team based on 11 categories.
