A Ukrainian delegation led by the country's defence minister is in Seoul to ask for weapons to be used in the war, according to South Korean media. Meanwhile, Russian media reports suggest Moscow is still planning to deploy its Sarmat intercontinental ballistic missile on combat duty.

Russia named the missile the Oreshnik, or hazel tree, and said it is impossible to intercept it with air defenses.
