It's the final holiday stretch at the White House for President Joe Biden and his wife, Jill, and the theme is “A Season of Peace and Light.”

The idea behind the theme, according to the White House, is to encourage the more than 100,000 visitors who pass through the doors at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. during Christmastime to "embrace the peace and light of the holiday season.

First Lady Jill Biden accepted the delivery of this year’s White House Christmas tree from Cartner’s Christmas Tree Farm in Newland, an area impacted by Hurricane Helene.
