Costco's latest recall on chicken products is part of a larger recall of BrucePac ready-to-eat meat over listeria concerns.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has announced that a recent recall has been expanded to include more than 11.7 million pounds of ready-to-eat meat and poultry products. The items are being recalled because they may be contaminated with listeria monocytogenes.

The Costco recall includes Rana Chicken Truffle Carbonara and Tagliatelle Grilled White Chicken & Portabello Mushroom Sauce. Both products are made with chicken provided by BrucePac Foods, and the recall affects items sold in September and October.
