Even in death, Ozzy Osbourne will never be far from his fans. After mourners left thousands of tributes to the late heavy metal legend on Black Sabbath Bridge in Ozzy's native Birmingham, England following his death from a heart attack on July 22 at age 76,

Ozzy Osbourne's cause of death has been revealed, two weeks after the Black Sabbath frontman and reality TV icon died aged 76.

The late Black Sabbath singer and all-around rock-and-roll madman had a very apt, and very Ozzy, job description listed on his death certificate. The New York Times reported that Osbourne’s death certificate said that the singer died of “out of hospital cardiac arrest.”
