Alabama basketball fell again in the AP Poll on Monday afternoon, dropping one spot to No. 10, its lowest ranking of the season thus far. The Crimson Tide currently sits at 6-2 on the season, coming off a solid 2-1 outing at the Players Era Festival in Las Vegas over Thanksgiving week.

Alabama football was rewarded for its Saturday win over Auburn when the coaches top 25 poll and Associated Press media rankings updated on Sunday. The Crimson Tide moved back into the top 12, though the polls have on what the College Football Playoff committee chooses to do over the next few weeks.

After the Alabama Crimson Tide saw a rise in the latest US LBM Coaches Poll on Sunday afternoon as a result of their 28-14 Iron Bowl win over the Auburn Tigers, the same can now be said for the AP Poll Top 25.
