The team announced that they will wear their white helmets for their Christmas game against the Lions and that they'll don their throwback uniforms in Week 2 and Week 18. The first of those games is a Sunday night home opener against the Falcons and the regular season finale will be against the Packers.

On Thursday, the Vikings announced that they'll wear their "Winter Warrior" jerseys in a Christmas Day matchup with the Detroit Lions during the 2025 season. Minnesota debuted the uniforms in 2024, wearing them during a 30-12 victory over the Bears in Week 15.

The Vikings are 1-2 when wearing the Vikings Classic uniforms, and 1-0 when donning all-white. The "Winter Warrior" uniforms will be back this season, but the Minnesota Vikings are saving them for the holiday season. And, perhaps, one of the most important games on the schedule.
