NORWALK — Police have arrested a Norwalk man accused of smashing the window of an occupied car last November and driving off with the vehicle while one of the occupants still was inside.
Police say Rakeim Thompson was driving an Infiniti sedan through a work zone near Exit 16 just after 10:30 p.m.
