Kevin Kelly will be Clemson football's director of player evaluation and acquisition, and three assistants received pay raises entering 2025.

Kevin Kelly, who is currently with the NFL’s Los Angeles Chargers, was also hired as the team’s new director of player evaluation and acquisition at a starting annual salary of $360,000.

Clemson seems to be adapting under coach Dabo Swinney, who is hiring a seasoned NFL scout to oversee evaluation and acquisition for the Tigers.
