Hardy (ankle) tallied 10 points (4-8 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT), three rebounds and three assists across 15 minutes Saturday in the Mavericks ' 122-107 loss to the Celtics.

DALLAS — The Mavericks are getting slightly healthier as they upgraded a pair of guys on their injury report for the Celtics game Saturday. Klay Thompson (ankle) and Jaden Hardy (ankle) were upgraded from questionable to available, though Mavs coach Jason Kidd said they’re both going to be on minutes limitations.

Murphy and Alvarado each made a 3-pointer as the Pelicans regained the lead at 101-100. Thompson's 3-pointer put the Mavs back on top, Gafford converted a three-point play, and Washington sandwiched a pair of 3-pointers around another trey by Thompson as Dallas expanded the lead to 115-105.

Exum has missed the entirety of the season thus far after undergoing surgery in October to repair his right wrist.

Bilal Coulibaly will again play on NBA All-Star Weekend, and rookie Alex Sarr and Bub Carrington will join him in San Francisco.

For the first time since 2006, Savannah State will not open their baseball season with Carlton Hardy as the Tigers head coach. Hardy resigned over the summer to take over the baseball program at Alcorn State.
