The Indianapolis Colts AFC South rival, the Tennessee Titans, had been on the search the last few weeks for their next general manager, and have now filled that role. It was reported on Friday that the Titans have hired long-time Kansas City Chiefs’ executive Mike Borgonzi to be team’s next general manager.

In response to the penalty, Texans special teams coordinator Frank Ross was seen on the sideline yelling at Boyd. As the 28-year-old defender approached his coach, he shoved Ross hard in the chest with two hands.

The two-time Super Bowl champion was predicted to spurn the Chiefs in favor of the Colts this offseason, per Bradley Locker of Pro Football Focus.

Colts assistant GM Ed Dodds will remain with the team for the 2025 season after the Titans went a different direction with their GM opening.

As Kansas City braces for another blast of arctic air this weekend, the Chiefs will be right in the middle of it.

The Kansas City Chiefs had three players named to the Associated Press’s first-team All-Pro roster for the 2024 season: defensive tackle Chris Jones, left guard Joe Thuney, and center Creed Humphrey.

The Kansas City Chiefs are starting their playoff run on Saturday, taking on the Houston Texans at home in the AFC Divisional round. The Chiefs enter this one as the No. 1 overall seed in the AFC and should be well-rested after a first-round bye.
