The Boise Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of a rezone for that development at 1519 S. Londoner Ave. on Jan. 13, despite pushback from nearby residents who were mostly concerned that it would change the character of the neighborhood, increase traffic and be too dense.

The Idaho Legislature is back in session in Boise. We have completed two weeks. I expect we have at least ten more weeks of policy discussion and budget setting in the Idaho Capitol.

Nampa, introduced a bill on Tuesday to the Idaho House State Affairs Committee that replicates a 2023 Texas law creating a new crime called illegal entry. According
