Meat producer BrucePac is recalling nearly 10 million pounds of meat and poultry products sold at Trader Joe's, Target, Kroger and other retailers because they might be contaminated with listeria.

A recall of ready-to-eat meat and poultry items made by BrucePac has been expanded to include nearly 1.8 million pounds of additional products, for a total of more than 11.7 million pounds of products recalled over possible listeria contamination,

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The USDA released an updated list of schools impacted by a meat recall after more the 12 million pounds of meat and poultry products were potentially contaminated with listeria. The new list includes several Philadelphia schools, as well as some in Delaware County.
