TSA is preparing a civil case against the 57-year-old Russian woman who bypassed ID and boarding pass checks at JFK Airport and stowed away on a Delta flight to Paris.

French officials tell ABC News that the woman who allegedly snuck onto a Delta Airlines international flight is a Russian national who did not have valid travel documents to enter the country.
