The Florida Panthers are back-to-back Stanley Cup champions after a six-game victory against the Edmonton Oilers in a Stanley Cup Final considered an all-time classic. It harbored memories of a unique seven-game Final between the Detroit Red Wings and Toronto Maple Leafs 80 years ago.

It was a back-and-forth contest in Game 6, as the Panthers were trying to close out the series and the Oilers weren't trying to go home. In the end, the Panthers showed that they were the better team, and Sam Reinhart played one of his best games of the series, scoring four goals in Game 6 to lead the team to their second championship in a row.

The 2024-25 Florida Panthers marked the seventh consecutive season in which a Stanley Cup champion featured at least 10 CHL graduates.
