The Baltimore Ravens have made quite the addition to their coaching staff. John Harbaugh and the Ravens are hiring Chuck Pagano, a former head coach in the NFL, to be their senior secondary coach. He will coach the secondary with Doug Mallory.

Lamar Jackson and the Ravens have fallen short of the Super Bowl despite having six playoff trips in the past seven seasons. There's not much they need to change to win an AFC title, except trust in their current process.
