TWO RIVERS – Jesse Vang and Katrina B. Baur have been charged with 3-year-old Elijah Vue 's death. Manitowoc County District Attorney Jacalyn LaBre announced the charges Oct. 17 during a press conference with the Two Rivers Police Department.
Elijah Vue, a 3-year-old toddler from Wisconsin, went missing in February 2024. The child was reported missing by his mother's boyfriend from his home in Two Rivers.
Jesse Vang, 39, has been charged with causing the death of Elijah Vue, hiding the corpse and obstructing an officer.
