Devon Energy ( DVN) reported first-quarter results Tuesday that fell short of Wall Street expectations on both revenue and earnings, sending its shares down 2% in extended trading. The stock remains up 67% over the past 12 months. On an adjusted basis, core earnings were $1.04 per share, below the consensus estimate for earnings of $1.09 a share.
