AEW Forbidden Door (Aug. 24, 2025) was headlined by the Lights Out steel cage match from The O2 Arena in London, England. Jim Ross summed up, “It’s a sad ending to an amazing main event.”

The main event of Forbidden Door was a truly crazy Lights Out Steel Cage match in which Hiroshi Tanahashi, Kenny Omega, Kota Ibushi, Darby Allin, and Will Ospreay defeated Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, The Young Bucks, and Gabe Kidd. Like many of AEW’s more extreme matches, this was unhinged, chaotic, and a whole lot of fun.
