A new football coach has been hired at Temple just two weeks after the university fired former coach Stan Drayton.

The program has seldom been able to perpetuate competence, much less success — to compete for recruits against schools whose football programs run those schools is absurd.

K.C. Keeler is named Temple University's head football coach, succeeding Stan Drayton, with expectations to revitalize the team based on his successful coaching history.
