Mets Insider Reveals Five-Word Message Juan Soto Delivered During Players-Only Meeting

Mike Puma of the New York Post reported the Mets held a players-only meeting in the clubhouse following Saturday's game against the Pittsburgh Pirates after dropping the first two contests in the series. To say things have not gone well of late for the Mets would be an understatement.

"I used to be a free swinger all the time," Soto said. "When I was in the minor leagues and if I would start taking walks, I'd be a better hitter, so I started working on it."
