Sarfaraz Khan brought up his maiden Test century for India during Day 4 of the ongoing India vs New Zealand Test match at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on October 19 (Saturday). Sarafarz’s ton came in just 110 balls as he played a significant role in reducing India’s run deficit in the third innings of the first IND vs NZ Test in the three-match series.

Sarfaraz Khan hit his maiden Test hundred on Day 4 of the 1st Test between India and New Zealand in Bengaluru.

Sarfaraz Khan came into the first Test against New Zealand on the back of a double century in the Irani Cup for Mumbai. His century had helped Mumbai secure the Irani Cup for the first time since the 1997/98 season.
