Police have arrested a suspect in connection with a fatal shooting in Rochester in the early hours of Saturday. The Rochester Police Department says it was called just after 1:10 a.m. to a home on the 4100 block of Manor Woods Drive Northwest after the man was shot. Despite lifesaving efforts by responders, the man died at the scene.
