Philippine police officials have filed criminal complaints against Vice President Sara Duterte and her security staff for allegedly assaulting authorities and disobeying orders in a recent altercation

The president’s security has been boosted after his deputy’s ‘active threat’ that were ‘made so brazenly in public’.

Sara Duterte is the daughter of former president, Rodrigo Duterte, well known for his police-enforced anti-drugs crackdown when he was in power.
