Ottawa police warn public that high-risk offender living in Rideau-Vanier area
The Ottawa Police Service has issued a warning to the public that Christopher Watts, deemed a high-risk offender since 2015, is now living in the Rideau-Vanier area. “The OPS believes that Watts poses a risk to the community, particularly women, including those under 18 years of age,” police said in a news release Wednesday.
