Lightning has struck twice for a New Jersey man, who just claimed his second $1 million prize from a New York Lottery scratch-off game in under two years. Kevin Brady’s latest win came from the Cashword Bonus instant game,

"While there have been 13 December jackpot wins since Mega Millions began in 2002, only one was for more than the current estimated prize of $541 million," the lottery said in a press release. "A $648 million jackpot was shared by winners in California and Georgia on Dec. 17, 2013."
