NEW ORLEANS ( WGNO) — The New Orleans Police Department is investigating a homicide in the French Quarter. Around 1:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 10, NOPD officers responded to the 800 block of Chartres Street to a report of shots fired in the area. Upon arrival, officers say an unresponsive victim was found at the location.
