Ichiro Suzuki spent a few seasons with the Miami Marlins in the later stages of his career, but he wasn't so familiar with the team before arriving in Miami.
Ichiro Suzuki is officially a Hall of Famer and has solidified his legacy. During his Hall of Fame speech, Suzuki opened up about signing with the Miami Marlins in 2015. “Honestly, when you guys (The Marlins) called to offer me a contract for 2015. I had never heard of your Team," Ichiro said.
The Miami Marlins were five outs away from securing a sweep against the hottest team in the National League, and winning their third series in a row.
Blake Perkins singled home the winning run in the ninth inning as the Milwaukee Brewers rallied to beat the Miami Marlins 3-2 on Sunday.
