Initial evidence indicates that former Liverpool forward Diogo Jota was speeding before he crashed a Lamborghini on a Spanish highway, killing the soccer star and his brother, Spain's Civil Guard told UPI on Tuesday.

Diogo Jota is thought to have been behind the wheel of his £185,000 Lamborghini when he and his brother Andre Silva died in a car crash last week, Spanish police have said.
