Antetokounmpo had to pretty much do it all by himself on Sunday after Damian Lillard exited the game in the first quarter. Lillard was unable to return, and the suspicion is that the six-time All-Star may have suffered a potentially season-ending injury.

To make matters worse, star guard Damian Lillard suffered a scary injury early in the game. Midway through the first quarter, while chasing a long offensive rebound, Lillard fell to the floor grabbing his lower left leg.

Bucks star forward Giannis Antetokounmpo did his best to keep the team afloat, recording 28 points, 15 rebounds and six assists. He shot 9-of-20 from the field in an uncharacteristically inefficient performance, but he had to shoulder most of the offensive load when Lillard went down.
