St. Clair is now suing for sole custody of their son. In March, Musk, 53, denied St. Clair's claims that he "financially retaliated" against their child. Adding, "despite not knowing for sure" if the child is his, he said he’s given her child support and “given Ashley $2.5M and am sending her $500k/year."
